CTCZYME is a purified β-mannanase enzyme (800,000 unit/kg) derived from fermentation of Bacillus WL-1 organism. It is an outstanding enzyme designed to degrade the mannans in cell wall of plants into mannanoligosaccharide or monosaccharide like mannose, thus maximizing the use of high mannan content feed materials like copra meal. CTCZYME is characterized by its excellent stability and homogeneity. And it is included in feeds at the rate of 0.05% or 500 grams per ton of feeds.
